Welcome to our B2B services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our OEM/ODM coffee machine manufacturing services. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We specialize in the design, R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of coffee machines exclusively for B2B clients, including:

• International brands expanding product lines
• Wholesalers and distributors requiring stable supply
• E-commerce sellers seeking customized differentiated products
• Importers needing certified and compliant products
• Enterprises developing private-label products

We do not engage in retail business. All services are provided on a wholesale or custom manufacturing basis.

2. Product Lines

Our main product categories include:

• Espresso Maker
• Fully Automatic Coffee Machine
• Cold Brew Coffee Maker
• Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine

3. Order and Quotation

All orders are subject to written confirmation and acceptance by our company. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order volume, and customization requirements.

4. Customization and ODM/OEM Services

We offer comprehensive ODM/OEM services including:

• Concept design and industrial design
• Precision tooling and prototyping
• Regulatory certification support (FDA, CE, FCC, ROHS)
• Mass production and quality control
• Customized packaging and branding

Intellectual property rights for custom designs will be defined in separate agreements.

5. Quality Assurance

We maintain systematic quality management compliant with:

• ISO 9001
• ISO 13485
• ISO 14001
• FDA, CE, FCC, ROHS certifications

Multi-level testing is conducted from raw materials to finished products to ensure compliance and reliability.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. Typical arrangements include:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment

Payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), or other mutually agreed methods.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines are specified in the purchase order and are subject to production capacity and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or third-party logistics issues.

8. Warranty and Returns

Standard warranty coverage is 12 months from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted with supporting documentation. Returns or replacements are subject to inspection and approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the course of business, including but not limited to designs, specifications, pricing, and customer data.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, patents, and copyrights related to our standard products remain our property. Custom designs developed under ODM agreements will be governed by separate IP agreements.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing agreements with written notice as specified in the contract. Outstanding payments and obligations remain enforceable upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, submitted to arbitration in Foshan, Guangdong.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website.
